CARE Associates Network (CARE) proudly announces that 13 of our Member Skilled Nursing Providers currently have a five-star rating – the highest possible quality rating – from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The five-star rating is calculated based on state survey results, staffing, and quality measures of Medicare certified nursing homes.
Additionally, the overall average of all the facilities in the CARE Associates Network are ranked higher than the average of ALL New Jersey nursing homes! While NJ facilities average 3.17 stars overall, the network of CARE facilities average a full point higher at 4.17 stars. Furthermore, CARE facilities averaged an impressive 4.64 star ranking in the quality measure category.
